Data room analysis and definition of the stocking points of the project, feasibility study (hydrology, energy production, sales rate, costs, return on investment time…), sensitivity analysis varying the compensation water flows, study of 3 scenarios , general plans. Authorization application file for one power plant: analysis of the former grounds of refusal, correction, and additional information according to the French administration requirements.
