Summary preliminary study

Power generation was discontinued after more than 100 years operation, already 20 years ago. Capacity shall be upgraded: gross head increase of the weir height with tilting gates, nominal discharge increase with brand new double regulated Kaplan turbines, hydraulic structures optimization. Integrated fish ladder to restore natural migration.
