  • The old mill has been converted into a spinning factory. To reduce its energy and water consumption, the factory aims to refurbish the former mill with a hydroelectric turbine. HYDREOLE prepared the administrative document to recognize the perpetual right assigned to the site. The feasibility study for the refurbishment of the mill, following the ADEME guidelines, was also carried out.
