Detailed feasibility of an old mill refurbishment, analysis of the possibility to gather several successive existing heads. Implementation of 3 small turbines in parallel. Hydreole oversaw supervision of geotechnical investigations, detailed design studies, assistance for the grid connection, licensing application.
