Feasibility study for two old mills on the Yonne River

The project consists in refurbishing two old water mills located on the Yonne River in Auxerre. Access and existing structures of both sites are required specific design and creative approach to develop the best rehabilitation scenario. The analysis also includes economical and administrative aspects (water right).
