Feasibility study for the rehabilitation of a former hydropower plant on the Rhin Tortu River

Feasibility study and assistance to the owner in order to start the administrative procedure for the rehabilitation of the site. The former plant is in the perimeter of a National Natural Reserve. A part of the study focused on the interactions between the hydropower plant and the wetland to preserve it.
