Support for the procurement of consultancy services for detailed engineering and supervision of a run-of-the-river dam project (44MW).

The mission was to assist the project owner in updating the consultation documents, launching the consultation process, analyzing the candidates’ offers, and contracting with the future consultant for the construction of a 44 MW power plant in Africa.
