Feasibility study for the establishment of 3 new drinking water production plants on existing hydropower plants’ reservoir.

The hydrology of two rivers, influenced by water withdrawals for human activities, has been defined. A projection of the future hydrology in case of different climate change scenarios as also been carried out. Then, the feasibility of the establishment of 3 new drinking water production plants on existing hydropower plants’ reservoir has been studied. The study particularly focussed on the impact of new water withdrawals on the electricity production.
